There are many in and around the Nashville area for weddings. Each venue offers its own unique architecture, features, and amenities. Here are a few of our favorite barn venues that would be perfect for the wedding of your dreams!
The Barn at Sycamore Farm

Set on 28 acres in the Tennessee countryside, this venue can accommodate indoor and outdoor celebrations year-round.The immaculate climate-controlled Main Hall is crisscrossed by cedar beams, lit by crystal chandeliers, and surrounded by open-air verandas overlooking the grounds. An arched stone bridge leads to a picturesque island in the freshwater lake for a gorgeous waterfront ceremony location. The island’s wooden pergola, equipped with lights and speakers, can also be used for a cocktail hour.

Travellers Rest Plantation

Established in 1799, Historic Travellers Rest is the oldest, public house museum in Nashville. A true gem with large magnolia trees, a beautiful formal garden, and grassy meadows, Travellers Rest exudes southerm charm. Ceremonies  and special events can take place outside under a canopy of trees against the backdrop of white fences or the historic home itself. Indoor events enjoy our modern day crib barn with a Tennessee limestone fireplace, high ceilings, and beautiful wooden beams.

Smiley Hollow Farm

For a relaxed and country-style barn wedding, Smiley Hollow is a perfect setting. This family-owned farm venue offers in-house catering and couples praise it for being budget-friendly. The barn is absolutely picturesque and features lots of rustic charm and rolling hills. 

Grace Valley Farm

Located in a tree-lined field, this elegant barn offers a rustic backdrop with lots of area for outdoor seating. Whether you’re looking to go all country or add a touch of elegance, the barn can be dressed your way. This barn even offers a 30-foot high arching loft with side wings for the reception all on one floor for your 300 guests. 

Legacy Farms

One of the most sought-after Nashville wedding venues, Legacy Farms is located about a half-hour outside of the city in Lebanon, Tennessee. This venue features an Event Center that can host about 300 wedding guests, as well as historic buildings from the 1800s, gorgeous courtyards, and a serene pond. The farm offers on-site catering and recently opened Heritage Hall, a new space with lots of Southern charm. 

Saddle Woods Farm

The 10,000 square foot cedar barn is the centerpiece of this scenic 25-acre property. It’s a space large enough to host weddings with a 200-person guest count, and features large sliding doors to easily move from indoors out. Ceremonies take place in the outdoor pavilion, surrounded by stately trees. There’s also a bridal cottage and groom’s quarters on site where you and your crew can get ready before the big day. 

Wild Turkey Ranch
The Wild Turkey Ranch is a lovely family owned venue located on a 52-acre ranch, named for the many wild turkeys roaming freely around the property and the Cedars of Lebanon State Park, directly across the road. Offering two ceremony locations and an air conditioned barn, your guests are sure to love this location!

The Loveless Barn

If you’re looking for a barn venue that combines a modern vibe with rustic style, you’ll love The Loveless Barn. Couples love how there are different locations for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception—in particular the pretty outdoor courtyard where ceremonies are held. The barn is an ideal “blank slate” venue where you can let your creativity and imagination run wild with flowers, lighting, and décor!
